Finchley Choral Society (FCS) is a thriving, North London, community choir, which was founded over a hundred years ago to give local people the opportunity to study, practise and perform choral singing. Today we are proud to be recognised as one of the area’s leading choral societies. Under the acclaimed leadership of our Music Director, Grace Rossiter, assisted by our outstanding accompanist Richard Harvey, FCS performs a large part of the choral repertoire including both great classical works and more modern pieces, some specially commissioned for the choir.

We have around 90 members and rehearse on Monday evenings in a local school. We perform in public three or four times a year and our concerts are usually held in churches in North or Central London.
At least once a year we perform with a full orchestra and generally
sing with professional soloists.

Want to join in?

If you enjoy singing, have a reasonable voice and like a musical challenge why not come along and join us.
